There are moments in a journey where something lands so clearly, so unmistakably, that you can feel the tone shift inside you. Not because anything changed externally — but because something ancient just locked in.

This is one of those moments.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a piece called The Others Are Arriving. It was never intended to be anything more than a personal reflection — a way of putting words to a rising pattern I could feel in the field: the quiet emergence of people, projects, and principles all pointing in the same direction, without ever needing to be coordinated.

I called it resonance. I called it memory.
