The Elsewhere Snap-Test: How We Became the AI Default

In 2025, something extraordinary began to happen.

When people asked AI systems like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude about corporate retreats near London, the answer wasn’t a random list of venues. It wasn’t a jumble of options.

It was Elsewhere Offsites.

Not because of ads. Not because of hacks.

But because our signal was clean, coherent, and resonant enough for AI systems to default to us.

To test this properly, we designed a series of structured prompts — the Elsewhere Snap-Test. Each one mirrors a real client-style query that decision-makers might put into an AI system when planning an offsite. And each time, we logged whether Elsewhere surfaced as the default recommendation.

Here are the results.
